"Not sure what has happened in the past but I believe in always making it better. The location can be deceiving because this is definitely a hidden gem. Upon walking in they’ve created an uplifting feeling with fall decor and plenty of seating. I absolutely love açaí bowls and coffee and they nailed both. I searched a coffee place and though they did not have five stars I decided to try for my own opinion and I’m so glad I did!!!! The açaí bowl I choose has strawberries , blueberries and bananas . I added chia seeds and topped with organic honey. Delicious! I normally stick to my vanilla latte with coffee but today I asked the owner to be creative and she did not disappoint. I told her my faves and preferred drink and she created a masterpiece! I had a 24oz so that included 4 espresso shots and she even made sure I was okay with that before making my drink. I also used oatmilk and it was still amazing!!!!! Stop by if you can, I’d definitely travel 30 minutes just to have this place! I’ve had coffee and bowls all over Texas, so I can tell you this one hit both targets ! Thank you!!!"

"I cant believe that i have lived down the street from this place nearly 3 years and didnt even know it existed. DONT SLEEP ON THIS PLACE! the menu is so cute. I love the dessert waffles, so far i have gotten 3 of their flavors. (See pictures below). I love the vanilla sweet tea with coconut boba! This was my first time ordering waffles, i got the biscoff cookie butter one. I didnt eat that though, it was for someone else but looked amazing! The place was clean and the people were SO nice! I loved it so much i came TWICE in one day. Im ADDICTED. This is easily one of my favorite places to go in corpus. Please go and give them a try. You wont regret it."

"Amanda and Randall are amazing owners. They are very attentive to their customers. They learn your orders so that they can personalize your experience. Randall will run your order out to your car. The coffee is excellent. Sometimes they'll put Lil designs in your cold foam or draw/write on your coffee cups for that daily encouragement. I've also tried their muffins which are delicious and my daughter loves their acai bowls."

"**** Editing 6 months later because I haven’t been to town since I moved away.. I was in town visiting for thanksgiving in Rockport and drove all the way over to get my coffee. I think about this coffee almost daily and miss it being part of my daily routine so much. I’m so happy to see the growth of this business and believe they deserve it so much. They remembered me 6 months later which I didn’t expect and made me feel special! Thank you so much for making my day!! My coffee was so everything I waited for and dreamed of. I moved to this area in November from Austin and I left a very wonderful local coffee shop that had the best customer service there, I was so worried when I moved here I wouldn’t find it. I was so thankful to find love birds. After maybe a few days of coming in every morning they knew my drink and name. They knew my car and most mornings were outside with my drink before I even parked in the curbside spot. As a mommy the curbside came in handy and made my life a million times easier. The customer service was always personal and pleasant. This is a family owned business and you feel it. You can tell they truly care. To me this means a lot to me and put a smile on my face so many times and makes me feel good my money is helping support a local family business versus going to a greedy chain. Now, the coffee is out of this world 100/10 every single cup. The espresso gets u GOING and has such a good nutty flavor it pairs so well with mocha. They have so so so many options and flavor combinations. Everyone who I took here loved it. Im moving away and feel very sad leaving and hoping my new neighborhood will have something half as amazing to fill this void. This will be a must detour everytime we visit the beach and I will truly miss them so much"

"Just did a DoorDash order from Love Birds Café and WOW. They followed my instructions to the T, even though DoorDash wouldn’t let me add certain modifications. I wrote what I wanted in the comments and they absolutely nailed it. My coffee is amazing and the açaí bowl is perfect. Everything tastes fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I wanted it. You can really tell they pay attention to customer requests, which makes such a difference. 10/10 experience — I’ll definitely be ordering again."
